Winter Reflective Writing

This weekly journal therapy drop-in is an hour long guided writing and sharing experience to keep us all connected. Each week we'll explore a different topic and use both creative writing techniques and therapeutic writing  to delve into the subject matter with intention and purpose.

Journal therapy has been proven to ease:

  • depression

  • anxiety

  • SAD (seasonal affective disorder)

  • relationship challenges

  • difficulties with moving forward

  • feelings of disconnection from self and others

In the safe and welcoming space of these weekly writing sessions, you'll learn the skills you need to build your own personal reflective writing practice and deepen your relationship to yourself and your writing.
