Journaling for the Summer Solstice
Summer returns to the Northern Hemisphere on June 21st, and we're celebrating with a guided ONLINE journaling workshop to harness the dynamic energy that comes with this seasonal shift. We'll explore the mythology and ritual associated with this solstice in both the Celtic tradition and other traditions across the globe, and write about the symbolism and metaphor of the returning power of the light.
This workshop is in the EDT time zone.

Join us for an afternoon of visual contemplation and sacred writing in celebration of the returning light.
This two-hour ONLINE journal therapy retreat is an invitation to connect to self and source as we incorporate imagery, colour, and metaphor to enrich our writing time. Through the visual language of the SoulCollage® Process, facilitated by our guest Lenore Walker, (@4the_art_of_living and Souling® Coach), you'll discover more about your inherent and rich personal visual language. SoulCollage® is a unique collage-making experience that uses pre-printed open stock and/or magazine images (provided) and a guided practice that allows you to "discover your wisdom and change your world".
It is an accessible and easy process of visual journaling to integrate with your Sacred Pen journaling practice. This month we focus on the hopeful power of the returning light, and the preparation of internal soil for what we’d like to sow in the springtime. We'll take some time to settle in with this gentle process. No previous art-making experience is required! You'll select a few images and then enter into the sacred art of turning to wonder, using only the images at first, assembling them as you wish, followed by a simple writing prompt.
Then we'll evolve our writing more fully through the Sacred Pen journaling prompts as a personal gathering practice.

December Day Retreat
Join our wonderful group of journaling enthusiasts at the beautiful, wooded grounds of the South Coast Guest House.
This two-and-a-half-hour journal therapy retreat is an invitation to connect to self and source with guided writing prompts and meditation.
After the magic of our November session, we’ll once again incorporate imagery, colour, and metaphor to enrich our writing time. Through the visual language of the SoulCollage® Process, facilitated by our guest Lenore Walker, (@4the_art_of_living and Souling® Coach), you'll discover more about your inherent and rich personal visual language. SoulCollage® is a unique collage-making experience that uses pre-printed open stock and/or magazine images (provided) and a guided practice that allows you to "discover your wisdom and change your world".

Focusing on rest and releasing and gathering in, we'll take some time to settle in with this gentle process, and gaze with the eyes of the heart to see what may help you to harvest your emblematic wisdom. You'll select a few images and then enter into the sacred art of turning to wonder, using only the images at first, assembling them as you wish, followed by a simple writing prompt.
Then we'll evolve our writing more fully through the Sacred Pen journaling prompts as a personal gathering practice. We invite you to come with Winter Sister as she reveals the shape of things through the soft, white tracing of grace crystals as we journey inward toward the heart-hearth. The energy of our time includes generous travel with the Oak Moon that strengthens, heals and grounds us in making home a sacred space and our settling in there a rest in lovingkindness.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Masks will be required indoors.

Journaling With Our Ancestors Week Two
Autumn marks a very sacred time in the wheel of the year when the veil between the spirit world and the realm of the living is at its thinnest. Join psychic medium Andrea Claire and journal therapist Cat Skinner in this ONLINE 90-minute two-part automatic writing workshop and learn how to use this energy to tap into the wisdom of your ancestors.
Automatic writing is the art of channeling guides from the spirit realm through the written word, and in this very special event, Andrea and Cat will teach you how to connect with your dearly departed, to receive their guidance and words of encouragement and support.
Meditation and writing prompts will help you fine-tune your communication and create opportunities to explore this connected writing in your own time. Week two invites you to return to the group with your discoveries and Andrea will validate and clarify any messages you receive.
