Solo session
Online via Zoom, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts with custom writing prompts. Based in mindfulness cognitive behavioural therapy and ACT. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Couples’ session
Online via Zoom, couples’ sessions use guided writing prompts and I act as facilitator to encouraging sharing. Couples’ sessions utilize EFT (emotionally-focused therapy), attachment theory, and intentional dialogue to improve connection and build communication skills.

Workshops
Online via Zoom, workshops are a 90 minute group experience with guided writing prompts based on a series of themes including dealing with grief, tools for anxiety and depression, processing trauma, developing mindfulness, cultivating sensuality, defining purpose and more.
